
嵌入式单片机系统与传统的实验仪器相结合,是实现测量自动化和提高实验精度的有效方法。在经典近代物理实验仪器———电子自旋共振仪中嵌入8051单片机系统,用计算机代替人眼对信号的观测,克服了传统示波显示方法的弱点,实现了共振峰的客观判定,显著地提高了判断的准确度。同时,由于共振谱线等信号被量化,可以被方便地存储、调用,还可通过串行通信口送往PC机做进一步的处理。与传统实验仪器相比,测量数据的分散性得到了明显的改善,g因子的相对误差由大于0.5%减小为0.1%左右。
英文摘要:The combination of embedded single chip p rocessor system and traditional laboratory apparatus is an effective method of realizing the measuring of automation and imp roving the experiment p recision. In the classical modern physics laboratory apparatus—the electron sp ins resonance appearance 8051 single chip p rocessor system is embedded, the observation of the signal of human eye is rep laced with that of the computer, the weakness of the traditionalwave showing is overcome, the objective judgement of resonance peak is realized, and the accuracy of judgement is remarkably imp roved. At the same time because the signal of resonance spectral line is quantized, which can be conveniently memorized, transferred, and sent to the PC to do further treatment through the serial communication port. Compared to traditional laboratory apparatus, the decentralisation of measurement data is remarkably imp roved. Relative error of g factor can be reduced from > 0. 5 % to 0. 1 %.
