基于ARM和数码相机的交通违法抓拍系统设计与实现

  针对交通违法的检测和管理,设计了一种基于ARM和数码相机的交通违法抓拍系统,该系统采用ARM嵌入式系统控制数码相机对违法车辆进行抓拍、记录。给出了系统的组成结构和工作流程,设计和实现了系统的功能模块,并对开发过程中遇到的关键技术问题进行了阐述。该系统在实际中成功应用,为交通管理提供了一种高效的辅助管理手段。

  According to the requirements of detecting and managing traffic violations,this article presents a kind of capture system for traffic violation based on ARM and digital camera.In addition to describing the system structure and system working process,this paper also provides a detailed description of the design and realization of software modules and expounds the key questions during the system design.
