
介绍了合肥国家同步辐射实验室200M eV直线加速器电子枪10~80kV直流负高压电源的工作原理。重点分析了开关电源、电压电流采集、反馈控制和微控制器等模块的电子学硬件实现,同时部分给出了基于ADuC8xx片上系统微控制器和后端上位机控制等软件设计。
英文摘要:Th is paper int roduces the wo rk ing p rincip le of a 10~ 80kv negat ive h igh vo ltage power source fo r the elect ronic gun of the 200M ev L INAC of N SRL , especially how to realize the sw itch power, vo ltageöcurrent samp ling, feedback cont ro l and m icrocont ro ller module. The firmware design fo r the SOC m icrocont ro ller of ADuC8xx and the app licat ion software design fo r PC are also p resented.
